Product Description

This wine filling machine is the introduction of German technology, combined with the characteristics of wine alcohol production industry, designed to develop various capacity alcohol drinks filling machine. The machine has excellent mechanical operation reliability, improved rinsing, filling, cleaning and other functions.

Main Features:
1.The machine is a rotary automatic low-vacuum filling machine with fast filling speed and high filling accuracy. It is an ideal filling equipment for bottled liquids in wine, vinegar, soy sauce and beverage industries.
2.The liquid level control mechanism of the material storage tank is pontoon type with simple structure and reliable work.

3.The middle pillar is adjustable and can fill 160-360 mm high bottles without changing parts. Replacement of parts, can adapt to different diameter of the bottle filling.

4.Overload protection device is set at the dial wheel of the inlet and outlet bottle. When the bottle is stuck, the equipment will stop automatically. After the bottle is reset manually, the equipment can start and operate normally, so as to ensure the safety of the equipment and operation.
5.The main exposed parts of the machine are made of stainless steel or nylon, with beautiful appearance. The transmission parts are placed in the body, with compact structure, stable movement and low noise.
6.The lifting mechanism of this machine adopts advanced soft supporting mechanism, the bottle is not in place or special super high bottle, will not be broken or damage the filling head.

Filling Part

1. Filling valves are designed and manufactured with German technology, featuring high filling accuracy and high filling speed.

2.All sliding bushes of lifting device use Igus (Germany) anti-corrosion maintenance free bearing. 3. Filling valves are made of SUS316.

4. Hydraulic pump is float-ball controlled.

 

Capping Part

1. Highly effective acentric way for cap sorting to reduce the abrasion.

2. The fall guide rail has the device to prevent the reversal cap from passing and pick out the reversal cap.

3. It has the bottle check-up switch to control the cap flow and stop it in case no bottle to reduce the cap quantity.
