Product Description

Automatic aerosol tin can spraying filling line use booster pump, which will convert the mixed liquid and gas to totally liquid. Then put it into add pump to storage, When the gas charging, add the pump suction the liquid from the quantitative tank. And then Quantitative cylinder piston work, gas charging finished. As the inflated gas has been completely transformed into liquid, so it can ensure the accuracy of inflation. The machine uses Quantitative SS316L stainless steel piston pump: corrosion, durable, quantitative criteria. When charging different specifications, it will adjust the charging quantity. There is a graduated scale at the piston pump, simply twist the hand wheel to adjust the gas charging quantity.

1. Differential Speed Bottle Feeding Table
Differential speed bottle feeder (bottle collector) is used for bottle supply of production line. It is suitable for glass bottle, tinplate and other large dose hand buckets. In order to ensure smooth operation of production line, it can also be used as bottle collecting and buffering. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, daily chemical, chemical, food and beverage industries. According to the needs of customers can be customized multi row chain board.

2. Automatic steel balls putting machine
The number of balls in the tank is adjustable from 1 to 2, and two probes are installed to stop the machine when the number of balls is insufficient and force the ball to drop when the ball is stuck.  With steel balls hopper.

3. Liquid Filling and Spray Valve Feeding Machine
This machine adopts position pump, which is suitable for different kinds liquids, with high filling speed and high filling precision. 4. Automatic Spray Valve Sealing and Inflating Machine
The sealing head is specially designed according to valve. When sealing the bottle, the first step is pressing the valve to position it, then sealing claw will seal the bottle. The airproof circle inside the valve will tightly linked to the bottle, so it is beautiful without leakage. After sealing, the can will be high-pressure gas filled through the valve core. There is a special probe head under the gas charging nozzle. Gas charging nozzle usually closed to ensure no gas leakage.

5. Weight Check Machine (Auto-Reject Wrong Cans)
The machine adopts stable and sensitive weighing sensor and signal acquisition instrument, and uses PLC for high-speed operation processing. Stepless speed regulation of stepper motor, man-machine interface control, emergency stop alarm, fault indication and other functions are adopted. The weight of each can of products is detected, and the unqualified products out of tolerance can be automatically removed. It has the advantages of simple operation, good stability, fast reaction speed and high precision.

6. Automatic Spray Head Pressing Machine
The vibrating cap feeder will arrange the spray heads automatically, sending the caps to the production line from the pipe under the air power. It can save labors and increase productivity.

7. Automatic Top Cover Pressing Machine
The vibrating cap feeder will arrange the outer caps automatically, sending the caps to the production line and press them well. It can save labors and increase productivity.
