Features:

1.Compact structure, complete control system, easy operation, highly-automatically, can deal with bottle missing, bottle jamming, bottle blocking automatically. Filling will be stopped when no bottle fed in, failed filling valve will not be fed bottle and cap.

2.Frame adopts welding structure and oil trap for the convenience of collection and discharge of pollution which meet the sanitary filling requirements.

3.It adopts variable pitch screw and bottle supporting conveyor. It can realize fast bottle size change after changing few parts. Bottle support plate adopt flexible structure to avoid to cause damage to weighting sensor in some extreme case. Meanwhile crooked bottle detection is adopted to stop filling when the bottle is not put on the right position.

4.Height of filler and capper are adjustable for easy operation.

5.Machine adopts structure design features corrosion resistance, long life and free from lubrication to save operation cost. Parts which in contact with products adopt excellent stainless steel to avoid dead corner.

High-precision filling valve:

High standard professional filling valve is adopted, which can fill quickly, accurately and stably. The valve body is made of stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance, long service life and durable.
The special structure and sealing design at the bottom can realize the filling without dripping. The filling valve adopts the lower sealing structure to avoid the medium residue in the connecting thread and valve stem sealing parts, which is more conducive to cleaning and can effectively reduce the residue.

Custom piston pumps:

The filling unit adopts the cylinder removal structure, which can completely drain the material in the material cylinder, effectively avoid the cross-contamination of the material, and make it more convenient and quick to replace the sealing ring.The latest anti-permeation technology seals improve wear resistance and service life, and reduce maintenance costs. (PTFE durable and corrosion-resistant seals)

Twisting Capping Machine:

The machine is suitable for the automatic screwing of various types of glass or plastic bottle lids. It uses a lid gripper to pick up and scrape the lids from the cover plate, and completes the screwing of the outer lid during the rotation of the bottle. The whole machine is controlled by PLC, and the touch interface is convenient and intuitive.
