 The new PX-BFC80 SmartFiller integral filling line is rated at 30 fillings per minute, depending on filling volume.  Rotate the "smart turret" star wheel for filling, inserting and capping stations.  The star wheel size is 10-100ml container.  Double nozzle filling station is equipped with precision double piston pump, accuracy ±1%.  Insertion stations include closed cabinets with vibrating bowls for feed with 10-50mm diameter caps and 10-25mm diameter brushes.  If there is no bottle, it will not be filled, inserted or capped.  Nail glue is very special, and its viscosity is too high, which often causes the cylinder body to stick and the piston cylinder is often blocked. We need to remove the piston and clean and soak it in acetone to dissolve the glue components.  Therefore, the design of the piston is very important. It must be easy to disassemble.
