Bottle sorting machine

 

Virable speed rotary bottle feeding table is the basic feeding system of filling line, operator will put empty bottle on the table, with gear motor driving, the bottle will be arranged to smarter filler imput interface correctly. with flecible output tunnel, the machine will be able to work with different size bottle. It can save time , also can save worker cost, more easier to operate. 

Filling and Capping machine

The Filling machine adopt normal pressure filling method. The amount of the drinks in the storage tank can be controlled automatically. The filling will be stopped automatically when there is no bottle.

The capping machine also will be stopped automatically when there is no bottle. When bottles are cramped wrongly or when caps are not available, the machine can be stopped automatically.
