Product Description

1.Intelligent high viscosity filling machine is the latest generation of improved volume filling machine, suitable for all kinds of aqueous agents, emulsions, oil suspensions, suspensions and high viscosity materials packaging.

The machine features a straight-line design, driven by a servo motor and utilizing the volumetric metering filling principle, achieving high-precision dosing. It is controlled by a PLC system with a touch screen interface, making the operation intuitive and user-friendly. The machine has a rounded frame, enhancing its aesthetic appeal and elegance. An optional high-precision electronic scale can be added for automatic weight data transmission, making dose adjustments more convenient and efficient.

2.High standard professional filling valve is adopted, which can fill quickly, accurately and stably. The valve body is made of stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance, long service life and durable.

The special structure and sealing design at the bottom can realize the filling without dripping. The filling valve adopts the lower sealing structure to avoid the medium residue in the connecting thread and valve stem sealing parts, which is more conducive to cleaning and can effectively reduce the residue.

Equipment Features

This filling machine is an automated production equipment commonly used in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, etc. The characteristics are as follows:

• Bottle is entered by air conveyor, the speed of bottle entering is fast and bottle shape is not changed because of adopting hanging clamping bottleneck way.

• Adopting clamping bottleneck way to wash bottle mouth and avoiding touch screw mouth, adopting clamping bottleneck way in the whole conveying process. When bottle type changes, you need to change the board related with bottle diameter.

• Filling valve adopts high filling speed and mass flow rate valve which control liquids level accurately and without loss.

• The capping system applies advanced French technology, when clamp the cap will screw immediately and magnetic torque type capping head.
