The latest PX-BL120 top labeling and labeling machine is suitable for top label application projects such as glass bottles, bags, boxes and so on with different bottle types. We use a servo motor to drive the scale, which makes the release speed of the label smoother and the precision more accurate. For some special projects, we use detection photoelectricity to find the "reference point" of the bottle body, and then release the label to achieve accurate fixed-point labeling. For different bottle types, the speed can reach 4000-6000BPH, we set up adjustment handles such as height, width and angle to adjust different bottle types. The transparent photoelectric detection adopts the "red lion" sensor, and the application of PLC makes the overall labeling data can be easily adjusted, which greatly increases the customer's experience.
