Features
 

1. All electrical control is in accordance with international standards, the main components are imported components, frequency control, and the running speed is continuously adjustable.
2. Special anti-drip filling head, better anti-drip effect and accurate loading.
3. no bottle no filling, no spray nozzles, no bottle no capping and no bottle shutdown.
4. The filling head is deep into the bottle at 2/3, while rising and filling, to prevent liquid impact bubbles.
5. Overload protection and alarm prompt function, more safe and reliable.
6. The whole system is controlled by PLC. The color touch screen makes the operation simpler.
7. The most part of the machine is made from SS304. For special material which is able to reach the GMP standard.

Anti-drip filling nozzle 

 

The liquid nozzle is made of 316L stainless steel, smooth seal, anti-drip, accurate filling, health and safety. Stainless steel anti-drip tank is provided to prevent material from dripping to the bottle body and conveying line, effectively protecting the machine.

Cap vibrator

Cap vibrator is also an automatic assembling equipment for capping process line, which can assort the caps in a series for an automated line with high speed. It is combined with automatic capping machine to feed the caps to the bottle automatically.

Lifting mechanism

The bottle cap automatic lifting machine is simple to operate, add the cap at the bottom, the speed of the cap can be adjusted, and automatically stop the cap when the cap in the lid is full

 

Capping machine

This automatic capping machine can automatically finish feeding caps and screw tightening the caps tighten on bottles' mouth. It adopts elevator to feed caps in one line, it is a high cost performance machine. It is suitable for various threaded bottles and caps.

Chain plate conveying mechanism
