The new PX-CP50 SmartCapper all-in-one capper is rated at 40-45 caps per minute to match the filling machine. It uses a four-wheel linear capping station for capping tightening. The starting point for the design of the equipment is the capping and filling of different types of bottles. The single-head linear piston paste filling machine was used earlier. Can fill any type of bottle. The four-wheel capping machine is driven by two motors to rotate in the opposite direction. The pump head cover is very special. Its pipeline is very long, and the weight of the pump head is very heavy, which causes the center of gravity of the cover to be unstable. We use a special vibrator to sort the cover. Following the laws of centrifugal force, arrange the cap and insert the bottle mouth.
