Overview:

This automatic servo piston filling machine is designed for a wide range of flowable liquids and viscous products, including cooking oil, lubricants, beverages, juice, sauces, pastes, creams, honey, shampoo, detergents, pesticides and liquid fertilizers. It adopts servo-driven piston filling for high accuracy and easy volume adjustment. Equipped with a rotary valve for thick/viscous materials and a non-rotary valve for low-viscosity liquids, it offers flexible adaptability to different products.

Main features:

• PLC + touch screen control system with parameter memory function, enabling simple operation without complex manual settings.
   
• Mitsubishi servo motor-driven piston filling ensures high speed and precision. Volume adjustment is quick and easy via direct input on the touch screen.
   
• Filling nozzles can be customized with anti-drip, anti-stringing, dive-and-fill, and anti-foam functions to suit different product characteristics.
   
• Optional double-jacketed heating tank with built-in agitator supports hot filling and maintains uniform product temperature and consistency.
   
• Automatic level control in the tank manages product feed, stopping the pump automatically when the tank reaches the preset level.
