The latest PX-BFC80 SmartFiller integrated filling line is rated for 40 fills per minute, depending on fill volume. Use in-line filling of 10-180 ml containers. The machine is servo driven which helps maintain accuracy and speed, you just need to enter the ideal filling volume and speed in the HMI interface, that's what the servo motors are for.
The alcohol content of the disinfection water is very high, and we use explosion-proof main motors and explosion-proof electrical cabinets. It can effectively prevent electrical appliances from coming into contact with ethanol gas. Adding a blower above the equipment can effectively extract the gas. The ethanol detector will detect the alcohol content in the air, and at the same time it will issue an alarm to stop the filling line
