The new PX-CP50 SmartCapper all-in-one capper is rated for 20-25 caps per minute to match the filler. It uses a vacuum suction cup to pick up the finished lid and put it on the mouth of the barrel. The capping machine is driven by a motor. The lid of the large barrel is very special. It has a large diameter. We must divide the sub-cap head into two. The cover is embedded in the thread, and then pressed to the left, which ensures the tightness of the seal and effectively prevents liquid leakage.
