The new PX-CP50 SmartCapper all-in-one capper is rated at 40-45 caps per minute to match the filler. Rotating "smart turret" star wheel for filling, inserting and capping stations. The star wheel size is customized according to the container size. The diameter of the tinplate cover is too large, we use the elevator to transport, the capacity is large, and the output is guaranteed. Its noise decibel is very low. Different cap types can be adapted by changing different conveying tracks. The process of jam is very special. We use a vacuum capping machine with a vacuum pump to evacuate the air inside the jar, which is very helpful for the quality of the product. For honey, the air will oxidize in the bottle, forming a layer of white oxide on the mouth of the bottle, which greatly affects the appearance of the product, and vacuum is essential
