OVERVIEW :
The new PX-CP50 Automatic disinfection pump head cover, gun cover four-wheel capping machine is able to cap 30-40 fills per minute, depending on cap type. Easy adjustable for 10-100 ml vials.
Under the rotary of the platform, the bottles with caps will move to the sealing head. When sealing the bottle, first the head will press the cap to positionalize it, then sealing head will seal the bottle, specially suit for dropper caps.
The capping head adopt Magnetic torque screwing capping, specially designed with rubber inside, good sealing and no damage to the caps. It will be customized for your caps' size and easy to change.
Capping with high accuracy of ±1%. No bottle, no capping.
