The new PX-CP50 SmartCapper all-in-one capper is rated for 20-25 caps per minute to match the filler. It is a capping machine specially designed for penicillin bottles, the vibrator is responsible for sorting the inner stopper and outer cap, after getting the aluminum cap on the bottle mouth. The head of the crimping machine is made of GE12 element, which is very friendly to aluminum and will not damage the lid during packaging, while enhancing the effect of crimping. It uses photoelectric detection, no bottle, no lid will make the equipment stop and alarm
