The new PX-BFC80 SmartFiller all-in-one filling line is rated for 40-45 fills per minute, depending on fill volume. Rotating "smart turret" star wheel for filling, inserting and capping stations. Star wheel sizes are 10-20ml test tube containers. The double-nozzle filling station is equipped with a precision peristaltic pump with an accuracy of ±1%. Insertion station includes closed cabinet with vibrating bowl for feeding, with 10-15mm diameter lid and 10-15mm diameter tube. Reagent tubes are difficult to stand, which requires vibrators to be arranged and inserted into the filling star wheel from high, we use soundproof enclosures for noise cancellation. This keeps the decibels low on the production line. The demand for detection reagents is very high. During the peak period of global epidemic prevention, the special nucleic acid liquid will have a discoloration reaction to the virus. At the tail, we use a visual detection and labeling machine, so that each label is applied in the correct position.
